Their first single "Hi Ho" released in June 2016 entered into Triple A Radio top 200 charts, came in at number 20 out of the Top 89 songs of 2016 at WTMD 89.7 (Baltimore, MD) and made it into the Top 91 songs of 2016 at WSGE 91.7 and this is just the beginning for this duo.
In July 2017, this husband and wife duo will share the stage with Grammy Award Winning producer and Blue Note Records President, Don Was, as one of his hand-picked performers for one of Detroit's biggest music festivals Don Was All Star Revue: Music Rebellion and will continue touring the US.
On July 21, 2016, they released their first self-produced EP called "Down To The River", of which the single, “Down To The River ,” has already been added to many Americana and NPR radio stations around the country. CBS radio called it first – this is the band to watch.
Kubat, Finlay, & Rose are a Folk/Americana trio - a collective of independent songwriters who sometimes perform solo, but have come together to offer lush harmonies and rich instrumentation to songs by each member. They are often referred to a Detroit songbirds and have been building a reputation for presenting powerful songs and melodies that linger. KFR has a 5 song EP out and is touring the midwest this summer. By doing live mashups and blends using up to 6 different tracks at a time, he creates a truly unique soundscape that immerses you in rich layers of melodies, and the driving rhythms of bass. His attention to detail, quick thinking, and years of experience, create a set in which you expect the unexpected, and when the beat drops, nobody sees it coming.
Skarse is a DJ from Columbus, Ohio that started his career in mid 2016. He's in love with music and loves making people feel what the music makes him feel. He specialize in heavy dubstep and trap but dabbles with all genres, from electro swing to drumstep.
J. Washburn Gardner brings a unique and lyrical voice to the singer/songwriter realm. Drawing inspiration from his adventures and misadventure in love, friendship, family and pet ownership, he writes and sings songs of love, pain, joy, and coffee. J. Washburn has lived in southeast Michigan most of his life and currently heralds from Tipton but has roots that span from the Monadnock region of southern New Hampshire to the Puget Sound communities of Tacoma and Seattle, Washington. A 30+ year choral music veteran and classically trained tenor, his taste and training in music is varied and he brings that forth in his songs which appeal to a varied population.
