Slow Flow Yoga: Move, Breathe, Release with Zeke Francisco
This slow-flow yoga class is designed to help participants settle into their bodies and reconnect with their breath through gentle, intentional movement. The unhurried pace makes it welcoming for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We’ll move through a grounded sequence that builds warmth without rushing, followed by time to rest and integrate. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and rest whenever needed.
Sunset Yoga with Carrie Luna
Gather ‘neath the Oak Tree at sunset for a gentle, grounding and heart opening movement meditation. Come as you are and move at your own pace. Zero yoga experience required. Placed strategically toward the start of the gathering, this is an offering intended to help you connect to the land and elements, to arrive with presence and tap into your heart’s intentions for the weekend. It’s a perfect warm up for Friday night’s ecstatic dance, or the (legendary) community drum circle!
Carrie (aka “Luna”) is a lover of nature and lifelong student of somatic arts with a particular interest in the common threads woven between spiritual traditions around the world. Combining her love of the outdoors, wisdom of the plant teachers, understanding of the energy body and passion for helping others remember, Carrie curates a unique and intuitively held space for exploring movement and meditation in an accessible and gentle way.

Elemental Yoga with Meraiah Browning
From Meraiah’s very first practice at 16, She felt an immediate connection—not just to yoga, but to the sense of peace and presence it brought to life. Yoga quickly became a daily ritual and a cornerstone of personal growth. At eighteen she enrolled in her first teacher training program, starting a life long journey rooted in reciprocity, long term healing, and sacred connection. Her training and studies include ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, yin, meditation, pranayama, herbalism, and the path of Kriya yoga.
She believes yoga is more than just movement—it's an opportunity to create space and to return to the self. In her classes, you’ll find an intentional balance of strength and stillness, with a focus on meeting yourself exactly where you are. Her goal is to support and inspire you as you reconnect with your body, mind, and the ritual of living in right relation.
Hatha yoga is the foundation of the physical practices of yoga.. It involves a sequence of postures with emphasis on the breath and the mind-body connection. Practice will be slow with more static posture holds than found in other styles. This class is a balanced, nature-inspired practice that harmonizes Hatha postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. It sequences movement around the five core elements—Earth (stability), Water (flow), Fire (transformation), Air (expansion), and Space (stillness)—to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for all levels and abilities as postures can be modified to address the needs of all students. Beginner-friendly.
